Delivery of Services

Confirmation of registration and payment made through the event website will be sent via automatically generated confirmation emails. Information regarding access to the event organized by Eventrium SRL will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

Refund of Purchased Services

The participation fee will be refunded in the event of cancellation of the event or upon the client’s request, by submitting a written request to ebs2027@eventrium.ro no later than 01.03.2027. After 01.03.2027, a fee amounting to 50% of the paid participation fee will be retained.

The request must include the following information: participant’s name, event name, IBAN account number, and the full name of the account holder.

Refunds for cancelled registrations (in accordance with the terms and conditions below) will be processed within 60 days after the end of the event.

Change / Replacement of a Participant

The deadline for changing / replacing a participant is 01.03.2027. After this date, no further changes will be accepted.
