Will be sent by email within a maximum of 30 days from the end of the event and only after completing the feedback form.

The Symposium Information Desk will be located in the Foyer of the Iuliu Hațieganu Auditorium, at 23 Gheorghe Marinescu Street, Cluj-Napoca.
The Information Desk opening hours will be announced soon.

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the Symposium venue.

The event organizers cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal property occurring during the Symposium.
Participants are therefore advised to take appropriate precautions and to arrange personal insurance coverage, if necessary.

Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas at the Symposium venue.

An application for CME accreditation will be submitted to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME® – UEMS).
Further information regarding the accreditation and the number of CME credits awarded will be communicated once available. The Certificate of Participation will be sent by email within 30 days after the end of the Symposium, upon completion of the event feedback form.
